This Privacy Policy explains how Innovative Retail Group, LLC ("InnovateRetail," "we," "us," "our") collects, uses, and shares information in connection with innovateretail.com and the products and services we offer — including Google Ads Audits, Google Ads Management, LCA, Market Lens, and Wingman, plus any we add in the future. Some products have their own in-product privacy notice that supplements this policy (for example, Wingman).

1. Information We Collect

We collect:

  • Contact information — name, email, phone, and company, when you reach out, request a proposal, or become a client.
  • Account information — login credentials, preferences, and subscription status for the products you use.
  • Business details — information you submit to use a product, such as business name, address, website, and other publicly listed business details.
  • Payment information — handled by our third-party payment processors. We do not store full payment card numbers.
  • Voice recordings — some products, such as Wingman, let you record voice notes about your own work. Audio stays on your device until you choose to save; it is then sent to us once for transcription and deleted from our servers. We keep the transcript and the notes created from it, never the audio.
  • Usage information — basic technical and usage data, including IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, and timestamps.
  • Client advertising data — for clients who authorize us, the advertising-account data we need to run audits and manage campaigns (see "Google user data" below).

2. How We Use Information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Deliver the services and products you request or purchase.
  • Run audits and build, manage, and optimize advertising campaigns for clients who authorize us.
  • Process payments and manage subscriptions.
  • Communicate with you about your account, services, support, and updates.
  • Operate, secure, and improve our website and products, and develop new ones.
  • Comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms.

We do not sell your personal information.

3. How We Share Information

We share information only with:

  • Service providers — vendors that help us run the business, including hosting, email delivery, payment processing, analytics, customer support, and the AI processing used to generate analysis and outputs. These providers are bound to handle information consistently with this policy.
  • Legal compliance — when required by law, regulation, or court order, or to protect our rights and the rights of others.
  • Business transfers — in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of all or part of our business.

4. Google User Data (Google Ads API)

When you authorize InnovateRetail to access your Google Ads account, we use the Google Ads API to read performance data and to create, manage, and optimize campaigns on your behalf.

  • We access this data only with your authorization and only to provide the audit and management services you have requested.
  • We do not sell it, use it for our own advertising, or transfer it to others except as needed to provide the service — and never for advertising, credit, or unrelated purposes.
  • We retain it only as long as needed to deliver the service, and remove our access when our engagement ends or you revoke it.

Our use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

5. Cookies and Tracking

We may use cookies and similar technologies to operate the site, remember your preferences, and understand how the site is used. You can control cookies through your browser settings; disabling them may affect functionality.

6. Data Retention and Deletion

We retain information for as long as your account or engagement is active, or as needed to deliver the services. When you cancel a product subscription, your account is closed at the end of the current billing period. Your data is retained for 90 days after cancellation so you can return without starting over, then permanently deleted — except where we are required to keep certain records by law, such as payment and tax records. Voice audio is never subject to retention: recordings are deleted from our servers immediately after transcription, and any copy kept on your own device stays under your control.

7. Your Rights

  • Access the personal information we hold about you.
  • Request correction of inaccurate information.
  • Request deletion of your account and associated personal information.
  • Opt out of marketing emails using the unsubscribe link in any email.

8. California Residents (CCPA)

If you reside in California, you have additional rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act, including the right to know what personal information we collect, the right to delete it, and the right to opt out of any sale of personal information. 9. EU and UK Residents (GDPR)

If you reside in the European Union or United Kingdom, you have rights under GDPR including access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability, and objection. The legal bases for our processing are typically performance of a contract, our legitimate interest in operating and improving our services, and consent where required. 10. Children's Privacy

Our site and services are for businesses and are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe we have, contact us at [email protected] and we will delete it.

11. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect personal information. No system is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

12. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email or through the services. Your continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
